Refund & Exchange Policy

We strive for your complete satisfaction. If you're not entirely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns & Exchanges Conditions:

  • Items must be returned in new condition: unworn, undamaged, unwashed, and with original tags and packaging.
  • Returns and exchanges are accepted within 100 days of delivery. Late returns may be declined.
  • The buyer is responsible for all return costs unless the return is due to our error.
  • All returns must be pre-authorized. Direct returns without notification are not accepted.

To Initiate a Return or Exchange:

  1. Email support@backwoods-clothing.com for authorization and instructions. Include your order number and reason for return.
  2. Follow the instructions provided by our customer service team to proceed.

Order Cancellation:

  • To cancel an order, contact customer service at support@backwoods-clothing.com promptly.
  • For cancellations after 24 hours but before shipment, a 15% cancellation fee applies.
  • Cancellations are not accepted for orders that have already been shipped.

Refunds:

  • Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we'll notify you via email. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
  • If your refund is delayed, check with your bank or credit card company; it may take additional time to post to your account.
  • For unresolved refund issues, please reach out to support@backwoods-clothing.com.

Please Note:

  • Do not return items to the address on the parcel; it may be a transit warehouse. Correct return address will be provided by customer service.
